Job Description: Technical Project Engineer (BUILDING INSULATION) – Liverpool, UK (with option of HYBRID/HOMEWORKING)
A new vacancy for a Technical Project Engineer (INSULATION) with leading international provider of specialist services to the Construction industry. Reporting in to smart new offices in Liverpool City Centre, the Technical Project Engineer (INSULATION) will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting assessments on a wide range of construction products & systems relating to Building Insulation. You will also be involved in preparing contract offers and estimates for the assessment of these products and systems. The Technical Project Engineer (INSULATION) will be required to research and investigate aspects of construction product and system performance, working as part of a team of specialists and contributing to team and individual targets & objectives. The role will be primarily office-based but wth the option of working remotely up to 2-3 days per week.
Key candidate requirements:
– Good understanding of INSULATION in buildings (esp. EWI and Cavity Wall Insulation).
– Knowledge of relevant building regulations & standards.
– Experience working with construction products and systems.
– Minimum degree/HND (or equivalent) with in-depth understanding of relevant engineering or science discipline
