Freelance Site Manager required to work for a principle building contractor on a new build Education project in Leeds
Position – Site Manager
Location – Leeds
Engagement – CIS
Start date – Immediate
Duties
Reporting to a Project Manager
Site inductions & toolbox talks
Liaise with client and any consultants engaged in the project
Managing health & safety on site
Ordering plant & materials for site
Supervise and monitor the progress and quality of work produced by site labour force and sub-contractorsYour profile
3 years+ relevant experience
Commercially aware
Formal qualification preferred – e.g. HND in construction related discipline ideal
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Card
Salary: £260 – £270/day
