This strategy now needs to be backed up with high quality hires, with the addition of a Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer to take a leading role in the Leeds design team, viewed a key strategic position. With a small but talented electrical design team already in place in Leeds, the appointed individual will be tasked with leading projects, managing client expectations, mentoring junior consultants and assisting in the smooth running of a busy engineering practice.
Applications are invited from talented Electrical Building Services Design Engineers, keen to work in a fast paced dynamic environment where everyone in the team, including the directors delivers projects. A genuine passion for engineering is a must, championing high standards and challenging the boundaries of what can be done, not just repeating what has been achieved previously.
The opportunity to join a practice at this level is becoming increasingly rare, with leaner management structures in operation across many businesses. At an exciting time of growth, this position offers a genuine path to progression for an ambitious Engineer looking to fast track through into management and take on more senior duties.
The business operates industry standard software and applicants will be expected to be familiar with the likes of Hevacomp, Amtech, Relux, Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Salary: £50000 – £60000/annum
