The Project
As a highly-skilled Fit-Out Construction Manager, you will oversee day-to-day internal operations on a high-rise residential block on a £400m major mixed-use development in South West London.

SMSTS
CSCS Card
Experienced in the use of Fieldview snagging software
Previous history of overseeing the internal packages on large scale residential schemesThe Role
Job Title: Fit-Out Construction Manager
Project: £400m major mixed-use development
Duration: 6 Months
Reporting to: Project DirectorDuties
Progress reporting
Chair and attend site meetings
Superb negotiation capabilities
Conduct regular quality inspections
Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
Reliable with strong time management skills
Must be team-focused and results focused
Carry out programme and budget evaluations
Liaising with the end client and key stakeholders
Management of onsite labour and subcontractors
Oversee and implement health & safety regulations
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
Liaise with the commercial team on estimating costs and timeframes
Planning and monitoring works and regularly reviewing the programme
Work with the client from the start of the project to ensure you understand the project scope and vision
Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations and production planningThis is a long term freelance role where the successful candidate will receive competitive rate.
