Job Description: Falcon Green have partnered with a principal contractor that is focused on delivering complex industrial projects in the life sciences sector across mainland Europe. Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join their team for a large-scale data centre project in mainland Europe.
The contractor is involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical with project values ranging from £20m to £500m. This is a fantastic opportunity to transfer into a booming sector and will continue to do so over the coming years. The data centre sector is the fastest growing sector in construction and the need for its infrastructure will continue to grow for many years to come.

Electrical Package Manager Responsibilities:
* Management of Site QA, specifically with regards to the Electrical package including setting up, management and closeout of file
* Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Project team, consulting Engineer and Client requirements.
* Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minute meeting with sub-contractor
* Knowledge of all electrical systems in commercial settings
* Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
* Management of the snagging system ensuring that the supervisors return weekly punch lists where applicable.
* Issue direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours to time administrator for tracking centrally.
* Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Electrical Package Manager Experience:
* Candidates must have 5 years’ experience working in a life sciences sector
* Previous Commercial and Install/Maintenance experience
* Degree Qualified that is related to the Electrical Engineering field
* Ability to mobilise relatively quickly to the project
