Job Description: The Contracts Manager will lead site operations on the successful management and control all aspects of the on-site activities in the successful delivery of the designated projects.
Key tasks include:
• Management of Health & Safety of on-site project activities
• Preparation of Risk Assessment & Method Statements
• Issue Daily safe starts
• Monitoring daily and weekly checks
• Managing various sub-contractors' activities on site including steel erectors, metal decker's and welders
• Preparing progress report documents
• Preparing delivery schedules.
• Attending daily co-ordination meeting
• Attending weekly progress meetings Site management of the QA process including Test and inspection Plan and Handover documentation.
Requirements
• Aptitude to read technical drawings
• Good mathematical ability
• Good computer skills
• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Appointed Person (lifting ops),
• Temporary Works Supervisor
Salary: £50000 – £70000/annum
