Job Description: Contracts Manager opportunity for a Passive Fire Protection contractor covering the West Midlands.

Duties:
* You’ll be covering sites in the West Midlands.
* Solve any on-site issues.
* Be the main point of contact for the client.
* Reporting to the Regional Director.
* Assist in the tender for prospective projects.
What sort of projects are you working on currently?
We know that the Passive Fire industry is going off right now, more and more, actual Passive Fire contractors aren’t being overlooked when it comes to correct Fire Stopping which can be seen by the growth of the entire industry.
Projects are being valued at a larger size, correct standards of labour is becoming the norm (for most companies).
There’s a Passive Fire contractor looking to bring on a Contracts Manager to oversee operations in the West Midlands who will help progress yourself and make you a well rounded construction professionals.
Being part of a wider group, they have offices up and down the country covering fire protection, electrical works, painting and decorating, roof upgrades and roofing to name a few with a chance to develop your skills with a highly organised, well respected contractor.
