The client I am working with has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 site manager to run a commercial fit out project in Birmingham, The client wants a fully pledged Site Manager who has a great eye for detail, previous experience within commercial fit out, and can manage the job as a number one on site.
Duties:
• New flooring to be installed.
• Painting & Decorating throughout the office
• New Partition Walls to be erected
• Full M&E re – fit, Including New Ventilation and A/C throughout
Must have SMSTS, and First Aid.
The Manager can be / have:
• Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs
• Can hit the ground running
• Good eye for detail
• Strong Manager – Able to push the trades.
• Great quality assurance skills
• Health and Safety focused
