My client, a leader in the Fit Out & Reburbishment industry, currently have a live vacancy for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Manchester team!
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be:
* Working alongside commercial team and liasing with clients
* Site co-ordination & surveying
* Produce detailed works instructions, specifications and schedules of work.
* Understand technical, contractual and professional aspects of work and continually maintain technical knowledge
* Building control, compliance & local authority co-ordination
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you must:
* Have experience of working as an Architectural Technician or similar (3 years preferred)
* Have experience with AutoCAD
* Full UK Driving license
