Position: Project Manager – Re – Cladding Project
Location: South London
Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Package
Position:
Project Manager required for a re-cladding project in South London, reporting to a Contract Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site and managing sub-contractors and have an opportunity for genuine progression.
Project:
The project is a £6 million Re-Cladding of a 12 storey residential block in South London. Work includes stripping and replacing the cladding on the 12 storey occupied block, reporting to a Contracts Manager.

Individual:
The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes. Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
