We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager for a recognised Leading Residential Contractor
Company Overview: Our client is a leading contractor specialising in new build residential contracts typically between £15m and £75m in value in London. They have an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality projects on time and budget and boast a high level of repeat business.
Position: They are currently on a framework in Islington and have been awarded a project to deliver 7 low rise blocks totalling 35 units with a value of £24m. The scheme consists of both traditional and concrete and we are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the project, reporting directly to a visiting Contracts Manager for 6 months until a member of staff comes free internally.
Individual: The successful individual will have previous experience driving and delivering new build residential schemes. You will be fully responsible for day to day site activities through to successful delivery and hand over while reporting to the Contracts Manager.
