Our client Is a well-established global brand that has a had a strong UK presence for over 150 years which makes their knowledge of global and local markets second to none. Due to an increase in opportunities and workload, they are seeking to strengthen their team with an experienced Building Surveyor who is forward thinking and ready to take on fresh challenges an Associate Director role would present.
The type of work you would be busy with would be managing commercial and retail buildings in Leeds and Manchester conducting PPM’s, Dilapidations, and refurbishment repairs. There would be a 50/50 split in doing projects, dilapidations, and reinstatement cost assessments. The type of clients you would be seen working with are Credit Swiss, Iceland, Centrica, National Grid and DFS The bulk of the work would be in and around Leeds with an 80/20 split between Leeds and Manchester.
The ideal candidate would be an ambitious surveyor who isn’t afraid to take the initiative to progress and enjoys being client facing. Due to the nature of the role, there will be opportunities to run your own job and an aspect to management. You will be part of a small team of 4 with space to grow in a relaxed office environment with a fee target of 575k
