Job Description: Multi Trade Engineer
Salary / Package – Base Salary £28k-£32k (Employed Position) + Company Van + Pension + Holiday + Benefits.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trader to join an established and growing client of ours within the M&E, Facilities and Building Services sector.
Job Role:
Working as a mobile multi-trade / multi-skilled engineer on a full time employed basis and responsible for covering mainly the Liverpool and Merseyside region.
Responsible for working mainly throughout domestic and residential properties, however the role may involve some commercial premises.
Responsible for all types of trades from carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing, plastering and minor brickwork.
Carrying out repairs, reactive works, minor installations etc.
Void works. Skills and Experience Required:
You'll need to have similar multi-trade experience.
Ideally you'll hold relevant qualifications such as; NVQ or City and Guilds certificates.
Varied experience across carpentry, minor plumbing, plastering etc.
Come from a background in property maintenance or social housing and the multi trade sector.
Full UK driving licence.
