SALARY: £50,000
THE CLIENT
My client is a Building Services Contractor looking for a Contract Manager within Birmingham with a background within the Building Services / Mechanical and Electrical sector.
The contracts will be within Buildings such as Shopping Centres, Offices.
The ideal candidate can either be a Supervisor looking to take a step up or a previous Contract Manager experience.
The position will be working from home but attending contracts meeting with clients.
THE ROLE
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000 per annum – All salaries are reviewed on an annual basis which gives you the opportunity for pay rises.
Hours of Work: 8am – 5pm
Holiday: 25 days + 8 bank holidays
