Job Description: TSA Surveying are currently looking for a Regional Associate Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join a leading building and project consultancy working in a multidisciplinary setting in their Leeds Office.
Due to our clients plans to grow their cost management team in Leeds there is huge potential for career growth, therefore the ideal candidate needs to display attributes to move into a Regional Director role/ Head of quantity Surveying role within the next 6 to 12 months!
They cover projects for a range of well-known private sector developer/investor/fund clients in the mixed use, residential, office, hotel and leisure sectors. With typical projects are £2 – 50m.

Due to the Seniority of the vacancy on offer our client requires a strong team player with experience in mentoring. It is key for the ideal candidate to have a track record in leading projects from inception to completion.
This Means Exposure Too:
* Managing projects at both pre and post contract stages.
* Acting as the key client contact.
* High value projects – up to £50m in value.
* Due to the range of projects, you will experience diversity in your work life.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced well-versed individual in their field with a level of ambition toward progressing their career up to Director level.
Additional Experience:
* Chartered Quantity Surveyor, MRICS.
* Minimum 5 Years PQE.
* Proven Track record displaying competency in carrying out a project from Inception to Completion.
