Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a career focused, client facing Associate Building Surveyor to join a thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy in Birmingham.
The Associate Building Surveyor role
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you will be supporting other surveys while managing your own workload, involved within business development, developing current and creating new client relationships and sourcing new work for the company.
The Associate Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services including dilapidations, party wall services, contract administration, condition surveys, schedules of condition, defect analysis, landlord & tenant advice, neighbourly issues and PPM surveys.
There is huge exposure to a range of projects including, commercial, office, education, industrial, healthcare, residential, leisure, retail and student accommodation schemes.
Specifically; refurbishments, fit-outs, specifications, conversions, installations, extensions, strip-outs and new builds ranging from £100k to multi-million-pounds.

Project management experience
Previous experience in a Senior role
Able to manage own workload confidently
