Job Description: We are currently shortlisting for construction project managers to work on a very prestigious project in Birmingham
Our client is an independant multi disciplined construction consultancy with a growing national project management team which services a strong and loyal client base across commercial, mixed use and residential sectors as well as some public sector work.
Due to a number of client opportunities we are recruiting up to three project managers with salary ranges from £35k upwards to 70k, a full and comprehensive benefits package is also available as is a progressive career opportunity where the project manager can progress inside a growing project management discipline within the practice.
In return we are looking for candidates who enjoy being client facing, and can demonstrate strong administration of construction contracts such as NEC and JCT and also have experience using Excel and MS Project to track progress.
Desirable institute qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB and APM are desirable but not essential as full training and support will be given for those candidates who wish to pursue these charterships as part of a career plan.
